Leonard N. Moore is currently the George Littlefield Professor of American History and the former vice-president of diversity and community engagement at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, who earned his BA from Jackson State University in 1993 and his PhD from the Ohio State University in 1998. Inside the classroom Dr. Moore teaches more than 1,000 undergraduate students in the fall semester in his two classes: History
of The Black Power Movement and Race in the Age of Trump.
Dr. Moore also directs summer programs in Beijing, China, and Cape Town, South Africa, and in Dubai. As a scholar Professor Moore is the author of three books on black politics and his fourth book, Teaching Black History to White People, will be published this spring.
He is the founder of the Black Student-Athlete Summit, an event that brings together more than 600+ student athletes and professionals from the world of college athletics.
A former Division I athlete and U.S. Army veteran, Luke began his career in finance and now leads one of the Midwest's premier sports law practices as a non-agent sports attorney and Partner at Porter Wright. Stemming from his experience working with athlete-clients, he established Anomaly Sports Group in 2015 to help develop and provide critical professional development and life skills training – bringing a well-rounded perspective to the challenges athletes face outside their sport at any phase of their career.

Since its inception, she has diversified and nearly doubled her portfolio, catapulting into the e-sports and the influencer space. Prior to launching Twenty Six Marketing Agency, Gayle was Vice President of Talent Marketing at GSE Worldwide. During her tenure, she became the first Black and only woman to independently represent NFL and MLS players, according to NFLPA data.
Gayle is the co-founder of Bloom, an organization that caters to the new femme archetype: women in C-suites, earning more than their counterparts, and becoming firsts and influencers in their fields. She is also a board member of the Sports Academy Advisory Council and in her personal life serves as a mentor to young women across industries who aim to achieve in their respective fields.

Will Baggett, founder and Chief Development Officer at Emergent Executives LLC, is widely regarded as one of the top presenters in the country. Baggett’s passion for developing young professionals spans across his eight-year career as a sports performance coach and administrator. In 2016, he published a bestselling guide for young professionals entitled, The Blueprint for a Successful Career.
In 2017, he followed up with the launch of the Executive Image workshop, a nationally recognized interactive training program focusing on the ABC’s of professional presence. Will is also credited with organizing the inaugural Texas Regional Sports Summit, an annual series of events in Dallas, Texas, focusing on experiential professional development opportunities for young professionals and mid-level administrators.
